Please note that the details of the club's Annual General Meeting are above.
Items for the Agenda and nominations for the Committee to be received by the Secretary not later than Monday 20th February 2012.

All new nominations must be proposed and seconded, both in writing and signed. The nominee must signify willingness to serve on the Committee if elected. At the time of the application the nominee, proposer and seconder must be fully paid up members of the Club.

Only fully paid up members will be allowed into the A.G.M. as per rule 11 'No Member may participate in any Club vote, at any Club meeting until they have completed a full six months unbroken paid-up membership. Junior members not entitled to vote'.

The following Committee members are willing to stand for re-election:

Ms W Meikle, Mrs S Brown, Mr A Brown, Mrs J Forshaw, Mr P Forshaw, Mrs D Barlow, Mrs J Balshaw & Miss T Crème.
